1. About the service

Ayyappa Saranam is a community website for Lord Ayyappa devotion, pilgrimage information, Annadhanam, Seva, Padi Puja, devotional learning, and community participation. It is independently operated and is not an official temple, Sabarimala, Devaswom Board, government, or service-provider channel. A listing or link on this website does not mean that Ayyappa Saranam has verified, approved, or endorsed its author or claims.

2. Accounts and responsible use

Some features require sign-in through the authentication options shown on the website. Keep access to your account secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity submitted through your account, subject to applicable law.

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the website, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service to harass, defraud, threaten, or expose another person.

3. Community submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information you submit, including event schedules, locations, capacity, prices, contact details, descriptions, photographs, and other media. Post only material you have permission to share. Do not submit another person's personal information or private location without their permission.

• Keep event and service details current, and correct or withdraw them when they change.
• Do not post unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually exploitative, or infringing content.
• Do not use the website to solicit money under false pretences or to misrepresent a service, organization, or affiliation.

4. Public listings and location information

Approved Annadhanam, Seva, Padi Puja, and community content may be visible to anyone, including people who are not signed in. If you choose to include a name, public phone number, address, map pin, or other contact detail, it may be displayed with the listing. Use a place of service rather than a private home address unless you intend to publish that address.

The browser asks permission before using device location for a location feature. A location you select and submit with a listing becomes part of that listing. Location filters may also appear in the address bar while you browse.

5. Announcements, moderation, and availability

Submission limits and eligibility checks shown in the service apply when you submit. These include a limit of three announcements per account in a rolling 24-hour period and supported-district checks for Padi Puja locations. The website may review, restrict, hide, or remove submissions or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, the service, or compliance with law.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature. We do not promise uninterrupted access, that every submission will be published, or that all information will remain available.

6. Independent verification and transactions

Pilgrimage arrangements, temple schedules, routes, safety conditions, event details, providers, prices, donations, and availability can change. Check important information with the relevant temple, organizer, provider, or authority before acting on it.

The website helps people discover or share community offerings. It does not process payments or act as a party to transactions between users and organizers. Any payment, donation, booking, or service arrangement is between the people involved; verify the recipient and terms independently.

7. Your content and permission to display it

You keep any rights you have in the material you submit. You give Ayyappa Saranam a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, format, and display that material as needed to operate the service, show it to the audience you selected, moderate it, and keep appropriate records. This permission ends when the material is removed from active service, except where a copy must remain for security, legal, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Third-party services and links

The service may rely on or link to services operated by others, including sign-in, hosting, mapping, geocoding, fonts, and video providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Ayyappa Saranam does not control third-party websites or promise that their information or services will be available.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may restrict or end access, or remove content, if these terms are breached, if required by law, or when reasonably necessary for safety, security, or service integrity. Where appropriate, we will try to provide an explanation through the service or the contact details available to us.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service and community submissions are provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ayyappa Saranam disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for third-party conduct, user submissions, or decisions made solely in reliance on community information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability is limited only to the extent applicable law permits.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website or applicable requirements change. The updated version and date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to future use.
